Global audiovisual support
At AVEX, we pride ourselves on the long-term relationships we have with our clients. Especially when the cooperation goes so well that we are allowed to go all over the world for audiovisual support.
In this context, AVEX recently again provided all audiovisual support at a major conference of aircraft manufacturer Embraer in Montreal, Canada.
Since March, AVEX Content Creation has been busy preparing the 3D design of the rooms. During the site visit in August, we visited local partners and went through the entire plan.
Our Event Facilities team left in early November to make this event another success. The AVEX team, consisting of eight technicians, one project manager and one account manager, left for Montreal on 1 November for a major conference. The team adjusted to the 6-hour time difference and started unloading the necessary equipment on 3 November. On 4 November, we worked crew of a total of 43 technicians, supplemented by 35 local technicians with project management by AVEX, with full commitment to realise the pre-determined set-up. After a successful try-out on Sunday, the 4-day conference started on Monday with 49 sessions spread across 4 halls.
