AVEX Taking Over Activities of Hulskamp Audiovisueel

Audiovisual service provider AVEX is taking over the activities of the Dutch company Hulskamp Audiovisueel. Agreement on this has been reached with the receiver of Hulskamp Audiovisueel, which was declared bankrupt at the end of September.

With this acquisition, the internationally operating AVEX is strengthening its position in the corporate market for audiovisual services, especially in the Netherlands. AVEX has offices in Breukelen, Brussels and London. By incorporating the knowledge and skills of Hulskamp, AVEX can further boost its rapid development and market penetration.

Hulskamp operated in practically the same market segments as AVEX. The aim is to fully integrate the activities of both companies. The takeover comprises all activities related to the audiovisual services of Hulskamp, including sales, rental and creative solutions. AVEX will strive to continue the current business relations of Hulskamp and secure employment for a substantial number of employees.
