If you have a Service Portal account, you can report the malfunction via this portal.
If you do not yet have an account, you can report your malfunction via the online malfunction form. After you have reported the malfunction via the online malfunction form, you will receive a Registration code. With this code, you can create a Service Portal account and view the status of your malfunction, among other things.
