Our Solution & Features

The Sentido® system has two parts. The first part is the central server. The second part is the different display sets. The Sentido® room booking system will be connected to your existing network through a server. This server will then take information from software applications, like Outlook or your own room reservation system. You can then get to choose what appears on the screens. You can also choose between a variety of screens so you can display the appropriate message for the environment.

Integrations

You can manage the Sentido® room booking system yourself. It is seamless and easy-to-use. Or, if desired AVEX can do it for you AVEX’s professional support desk can manage your booking process for you and anything that happens ‘behind the screens’. Whether you want to use AVEX’s room booking software yourself or as a managed service, our experts are on hand to guide you through the process.

Simplicity

The Sentido® room booking software can be linked to your existing network, applications, scheduling software and room booking system. The software was designed to be user-friendly and the software requires minimal training. After installation, you can easily use the system to automatically display information on connected screens. Our graphic designer will tailor the layout and screen settings to match your in-house style. This includes considering your specific wishes as regards information to be shown—with text, photos, logos, or any combination thereof. Additionally, the program makes it possible to show different information and/or images on every connected screen. For example, in the central reception area you could display a list of all events (in all spaces and rooms) whilst a smaller screen displays event information at each relevant door.

Consistent Messaging

The system for digital signage (narrowcasting) can show different types of information on screens. You can plan what message appears on which screen and when. This way, you can control what visitors see and help them find where they want to go.

Remote Control

You can control what appears on the screens from one central location. Another option is to have AVEX run the room booking system for you remotely. We will manage the room booking software and populate it with content that you choose. Also, our graphic designer can make new content options for you and expand the available templates. If something isn’t working right, we will fix it remotely so your visitors won’t be inconvenienced. If problems arise our Pulse Proactive Service may have noticed (and solved) any issues before you do.
