IMC London was looking for an advanced audiovisual solution to optimise the user experience in both an existing and a new meeting room. AVEX ended up setting up both spaces into effective Zoom Rooms at IMC London’s request. The solution maximises the user experience for Zoom devices and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD).

IMC London enhances audiovisual experience with Zoom solution
Durability
In the existing meeting room, we opted to keep the already installed 55″ LCD screen and wall bracket, making sustainable use of existing resources. However, to improve audiovisual performance, we removed the Crestron UC-SB1-CAM Sound/Camera Bar and returned it to the client for recycling. This step not only contributes to environmental friendliness, but also allows us to implement a more advanced solution.
New Zoom Room
For the new meeting room, we supplied and installed a state-of-the-art 55″ LCD screen and wall mount. This room was specifically designed as an Android-based Zoom Room, where we used the Logitech Rally Bar. To optimise the operation of this Zoom Room, we added a Logitech TAP to the set, which is set up in accordance with Zoom specifications by default.
Logitech Rally Bar
The Logitech Rally Bar allows users to effortlessly share presentations from a laptop PC via the Zoom application. The system is designed so that IMC London can easily integrate their own Zoom account, giving the Rally Bar a seamless network connection behind the screen. This provides a streamlined and efficient experience during meetings, with both the existing meeting room and the new London space equipped with advanced audiovisual capabilities.
