On the occasion of the Pride week

For years, ABN AMRO has been committed to a workplace where everyone feels welcome and safe, regardless of origin, ethnicity, religion, sex, background, age, work disability or sexual preference. The bank emphasizes that ABN AMRO is not only committed to diversity and inclusion during that one Pride week. They are the main topics in strategy and policy, and are characteristics of ABN AMRO’s modern corporate culture.

The bank has various personnel networks that focus on the importance of diversity. On the occasion of Pride week they jointly organized Pride Talks. A talk show with a mix of internal and external guests who have taken place at the Pride Talks table in the AVEX STUDIOS in Utrecht (NL). All with a special personal story about being yourself and respect in the workplace.
